Low Speed Fault Tollerant on Dual Wire Transceiver

I'm looking to reduce BOM costs on a board and would like some way of connecting a LSFT CAN to a standard dual wire transceiver.  Does anyone know if this is even possible?  If so what problems might I expect?  As the voltages on CAN H and L are different between the two, how do I mitigate this problem?

As you can see I need your help.
