MC-202 problems

Hey AH,
It seems that my MC-202 is experiencing problems. I fired up the unit this
afternoon and after pressing the power button there is a hum that seems to
appear (never did before). It seems to go away after I press several notes
on the mini keyboard. The problem also seems to correct itself after I
switch the ENV settings to GATE. Wondering if any of you have experienced
any similar problems? I'm thinking the CEM3340 or Roland VCA chip may be
faulty. Any ideas on how to determine the cause of the problem and how I
can fix this?
