MPG-80 Upper/Lower editing? (And, WTB)

Hi all

Can the MPG-80 edit both the Upper and Lower tones on the MKS-80?

Also, I back in the market for one.  Would be willing to buy from a well
known international shipper but local to London would be great (but even
more unlikely).
