MPI merging in ns-3.7

Hi Josh and George,

What is the status of MPI development? are you planning to merge soon? Do
you have ready to review code?

Please remember that in order to merge your code to ns-3.7, you have less
than 3 weeks left to go through at least 2 reviews, corrections and tests.

Hi Faker,

The MPI development is going well.  We will have it up on appspot after a
merge with the latest ns-3-dev and a few minor changes.  I would estimate
the possibility for review within a week.
