MTL: matrix library for relational joins

I'm looking for a lib to use to do relational joins (cross products
with restrictions on a subset of the columns) and was wondering if MTL
was appropriate.

While poking through the faq, I noticed a couple broken fragments:

  <A NAME="#howtosolve"></A>
The table of contents should work again if you remove the '#'s from
those anchors. You can use an html validator to find such problems:
  http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.osl.iu.edu%2Fresearch%2Fmtl%2Ffaq.php3&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0
but you'll have a bunch to tackle. You can always run it through tidy,
perhaps with -asxml if you'd like xhtml output.
