MacOSX: break at xmlhelp with highly parallel build

looks like dependency problem but I'm not sure.
The latter one is bit serious, I think.

It happend on FreeBSD as well conditionally,
therefore it can happen on all platform in general.

I simply cannot reproduce the error.
This is conditional, and today I tried building DEV300_m62 without error.
How I can test your patch?
