Drew -

We ran these in Video Mode part of the time.  They were set up with a
synced trigger via the CHDK/StereoDataMaker hack and some relays (Tony
Giancola).   Last year, Tony (pictured) had these wrapped around a
hard-hat and he called it is PanamaRama Hat.  This year I built the
Pizza Pan rig for him (so we could use it) and I'm calling it the
PizzaPanamara Camera.

We also ran stereo pairs using the same CHDK hack but with programmed
intervalometers.   They were supposed to go inside the Museum unmanned
to capture the Mass Ascensions and the Glows but we didn't get all of
the myriad automatic features sorted out early enough and had to man
them.   We still captured over 50 GB of Video, Time-Delay and Stills...

With only 4 hours of sleep per night, we are a little punchy and sorting
through the data with our eyes crossed (to view stereo) isn't helping.

This is in support of various holography-centric exhibits for the museum
we are working on with Fred and Becky who are working with Mimi Roberts
(NM Department of Cultural Affairs) and Highlands University.

- Steve

PS If you are serious about a similar rig (especially for dome work?) we
have some new ideas/experience and would like the challenge... give a
holler.
