Magic Mouse

From Apple's website, it doesn't appear that the new magic mouse (2
button) can be set up like the MM (4 button) - ie: a button for
Exposé, for example.
With the trackpad on my MBPro, I use gestures to do app switching,
Exposé etc, but I don't see those gestures supported by the new Magic
Mouse.

Wonder if Apple plans to add those gestures...

K

I ordered one.  I'll let you know what it can/cannot really do in
practice.

I'm going to order one right now.

Done.

I'm also interested in that, since with my MBP touchpad + multiclutch, I
can do so many things which I cannot imagine doing with the Magic Mouse.

Plus the Apple Store near by my house, didn't have them yet!

Personally, I find screen corners are great for Exposé desktop and all
windows, dashboard, and screen lock.  Although I do have buttons set-
up on my Microsoft Intellimouse for similar I find I use the screen
corners mostly.

I do use the centre scroll-wheel button for Application switching and
I can't see how to do that with the Magic Mouse, unless as you say
Apple adds some more gesture support.

It is really a move away from buttons which are definite to gestures
which are less definite (at least for me).  Perhaps they should have
kept the squeeze button, although I never really got good a using that.

Cheers,
Ashley.
