* Magnolia launched a new content management solution for the broadcast
media: Magnolia On Air finally meets the broadcast media's need to
capture, repurpose and rapidly publish content on the web. Seamless
production workflow significantly cuts costs, gets rich media
content to
the web first and invites community participation.
* Magnolia 4.0 will be available by the end of January 2009. It will
ship
with the following new features: Supersonic Templating, Standard
Templating Kit, new form module, new mail module, and more.
* Magnolia joined the OASIS CMIS Technical Committee. CMIS stands for
Content Management Interoperability Services.
* Come and visit us at the congress Open Source Meets Business (OSMB).
It
will take place in Nuremberg, Germany, January 27-29, 2009. Magnolia
will exhibit there and visitors will be walked through a preview of
Magnolia 4.0. Furthermore, Gilles Ducret will talk about how Lloyds
TSB
International Private Banking uses Magnolia.
* Magnolia exhibited at Gilbane Boston Conference from December 3rd to
4th
and reaction has been extremely positive.
* Magnolia just celebrated its 5th anniversary, and the future looks
bright: At Magnolia, we have every reason to believe that 2009 will
be even more successful for us – not despite, but because of the
economic downturn.
