Mailing list archive busted

I had a look at the mailing list archives, and it seems to be in need
of some caretaking. The subjects list don't link to the correct
mailing messages....

Fixed, hypermail braindamage.  Apparently hypermail does not by default
overwrite files, which would be ok if it didn't change the numbering
with some upgrade or some such issue.  Anyway, fixed now.
