I made some aswell.
It's in the new design (ie only 4 disciplines), but their are some minor changes, and some parts could have been better.

So there are some problems, I'm gonna upload the PNGs up and also the PDN (if you have
Paint .NET you can use the different layers to make up your card-- like deciding on Elemental attack types)
Okay, you can d/l the whole lot from
http://www.bestsharing.com/files/onVQS335163/custom%20card%20temps.zip.html in a nice ZIP file, then you can unzip it into a folder. The "plain" prefixed cards are PNGs and are completely blank. The other ones are in PDN, and can be used within PAINT.NET; with extra features (like choosing your elements). If you think of anything I should add to the next version of the package please tell me. And the font is use is Eurostile-- just google it!
