You may be interested in trying CoffeCup Software's Flash
Firestarter. It's a drag-and-drop, WYSIWYG, for people who don't want
to learn all the in's and outs of flash.
http://www.coffeecup.com/firestarter/It can do just about anything that flash can do, they have a trial
(30-day I think), and a videos of it in action at the above link.
