eDiscovery Practice Lead
 DESCRIPTION:
This position will lead and grow our eDiscovery practice by working in conjunction with Outside Sales and Marketing for the purpose of increasing pursuits with new ideas and channels.  The eDiscovery Lead will provide technical and legal implementation to our consulting practice.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with outside clients and/or their legal team in their legal/litigation process.
• Manage resources on eDiscovery engagements.
• Identify client business needs to implement SecureState methodologies.
• Act as a consultant and project manager on eDiscovery engagements.
• Act as a liason for the technical and legal aspect of eDiscovery.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience at a law firm or corporate legal team.
• Must have a Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline.
• Certified Fraud Examiner certification or similar eDiscovery experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong judgment and analytical ability.
• EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, vendors, and consultants.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
