Manual not available via website

It looks like the link to the manual is broken:

From this page
    http://www.swi-prolog.org/pldoc/index.html
The link 'SWI Prolog reference manual' points to
    http://www.swi-prolog.org/pldoc/refman/
But this page just shows:   

Internal server error

manual_file `swi(doc/Manual/Contents.html)' does not exist

SWI-Prolog httpd at eculture.cs.vu.nl
