Mapping Jrun to virtual directories using wsconfig.exe

Hi All,

I am having a requirement to map jrun to virtual directories. ie.

for eg: of i am having the following :

Jrun
----
    jrun1
    jrun2

iis website
-----------
    http://rootsite/virtual1
    http://rootsite/virtual2


I need to map jrun1 to http://rootsite/virtual1 and jrun2 to http://rootsite/virtual2

Is this possible in coldfusion ? I know we cannot do this with wsconfig.exe . It will be great if anyone can suggest a solution for this .
