Markers on Invoice-Template not filled

Hi all,

when printing an invoice, the billing and delivery markers are not getting
filled. It's the same issue as described in
http://bugs.typo3.org/print_bug_page.php?bug_id=7170

Any hints on getting around this?
(commerce v. 0.9.9)
Or has this been addressed in current svn versions?
