Marketing Meeting Update

Hi all,

Eckhart and the others have finalized a location and almost a hotel. You will
receive the details shortly. The sprint location is kindly provided by Martin
Konold from KONSEC GmbH.

Unfortunately Pradeepto won't be able to attend, and Aaron is still unsure.
That still leaves us with 16 attendants and several people who will be
available by Skype or other methods.

As some of you might have noticed, the agenda is rather full, and I think the
term 'ambitious' is an understatement of what we want to accomplish. The plan
is to spend the morning of Friday on further defining our goals. I have
prepared a schedule, with some help from Lydia, Eckhard and Fregl - We're
Planning So You Don't Have To (TM). Basically it boils down to us splitting up
in teams each working toward a specific goal.

We'll obviously go out for dinner on Thursday night, Friday we start at about
9:00. I would really like everybody to be on time considering the amount of
work we have. We'll generally work until six, have dinner, and continue with
work in the evening. Yes, I know, harsh.

If you don't like me anymore after the meeting is done or call me names like
'slave driver' I won't mind as long as we at least finished the most important
goals ;-)

e.V. probably won't sponsor dinner food but we're trying to arrange to have at
least some food and drinks at the meeting location itself, and maybe the
budget allows for lunch. Still, expect at least some expenses for food.

If there are any questions, let me know. I'll have Eckhart answer them in the
spirit of 'I like ordering people around' ;-)

Love & hugz,

Jos
