May this program runs on Wine.

Dear Guys,
        I installed an application on Wine and tried to run it and got these errors, So do you say it may run on Wine or this will not be possible?

I tried but with the same result.
It's a financial program and I wished to run it on Wine.

Have you registered it with (wine regsvr32 quartz.dll)?

Yes after you told me how to do so, And tried to run the application again, The same errors.
