Hello,
I am trying to build a tool to enable researches perform systematic
reviews more easily. One of the functions would be to fetch and
present the relevant MeSH headings and MeSH entry terms from text. Is
there a module for doing this? The only thing I could find is
http://search.cpan.org/~cjfields/BioPerl-1.6.1/Bio/DB/MeSH.pm but I
was after something that could potentially also work with the flat XML
files.
