I have a Rayburn Nouvelle, and have had problems with the initial boiler ignition sequence.
The pilot oil solenoid wasn't being activated after the 60 second glo-coil warm up period (fan running). As the pressure switch also needs to operate to power the solenoid, and requires the correct burner draught, I would like to measure the draught.
So my request is where can I buy an appropriat pressure gauge, and what sort of price is it likely to be?
Also the house is situated in a windy spot, and with no cowl fitted to the chimney, I wondered whether I should fit a flue stabiliser? Again I need to measure the draught (should be 6.0mm w.g).
Regards
Mike
