MeetMe application missing

I would like to set up a paging system as described in
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Cisco+7940-7960+auto-answer+config
However I need the application MeetMe. As far as I can see it is only available for openwrt and it is not available for unslung 6.8

Any idea where I can find it. When it is not available any idea if it will become available.

MeetMe has a dependency on ztdummy timer which is not available for unslung.
