Memory leak on apachectl restart

SSLSessionCache shm:logs/ca(8192)
SSLCertificateFile conf/ca.crt
SSLCertificateKeyFile conf/ca.key
SSLEngine off

dbm shmht shmct does not fix the problem
tested on apache 2.2.13
