Merb support in netbeans

So one interesting thing about our docs is that we already provide a lot of the information you might need for reasonable code hinting, and it's possible to export our docs as XML (atm, it might be a bit of a pain to extract the details out of the rdoc descriptions, but that's going to change with YARD).
