MiceOnABeam scripting design tool officially released for Alpha trialThe new MiceOnABeam scripting design tool has been
released for Alpha trial.
LSL provides a way for you to design the logic of
your script in terms of a state machine. However it only provides the most basic
features of this technique. MiceOnABeam uses a subset of the state machine
features of the industry-standard UML® in a new graphical modeling program
developed especially for the SL event-driven virtual world.
With MiceOnABeam, you graphically design the
high-level state machine logic for your SL scripts, while still being able to
include your own event-handling LSL code. The program will then generate the
corresponding LSL script, automatically integrating in your code, to form a
complete, ready to be deployed script for the SL environment.
We currently have a great group of scripters
testing out the product, helping make it a useful addition to the Second Life
community.
However we're still open to new trial members. If
you are familiar with Second Life, are an experienced LSL scripter, and
optionally, have some experience working with UML2.0's State Machine modeling
concepts, consider joining the trial.
For more information on the product and trial,
please check out: www.miceonabeam.com
Thanks.

Re: MiceOnABeam scripting design tool officially released for Alpha trialThis similar to the the Scratch for Second Life. http://web.mit.edu/~eric_r/Public/S4SL/
What would be really nice if the graphically programming could be done in SL itself.
