I try everything... > midcom_site root topic not found > > Failed to create midcom_site root topic, reason Name exists Well, there is the reason why this doesn't work: you've already created another MidCOM site with the same hostname and prefix, and its topic tree is blocking you from creating a new one. Two options here: 1) Reuse the existing AIS and root topics in your database. To do this you need to log into Aegir or Spider Admin, check their GUIDs, and then go to /midcom-admin/settings of your new MidCOM site and input the GUIDs there 2) Rename or remove the topics that block you using Aegir or Spider Admin.
