I'd like a copy too if and when someone gets their hands on it.  Have you tried writing the Society?  They probably have a librarian or someone that would be able to handle such a request.

I can also put up a request on interlibrary loan, somebody ought to have it.

I met John Hogston once back in 2000 on my trip to the states. I did see his large timor collection! I'll try to get in touch with him.. It has been a while I must say.
