Missing /var/lib/msec/security.conf

Anacron alerted me to the fact that this file is missing on the laptop.  
I don't know how long it has been missing, as I've only just got the
reporting by mail working properly.  It may never have been there, or
it could have been deleted when the cat chose the warm keyboard to
sleep on.

I have tried setting and re-setting the security level in MCC, but that
didn't create the file.  How can I get it back?

"touch /var/lib/mec/security.conf" should do it. See
http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19206 for details. Comment #5
(2005-11-14) promised an update for 2006, but I haven't seen anything on
the changelog list yet.

Thanks.  It seems that it doesn't get created, and the 'update the file'
doesn't work if it doesn't already exist - i.e. there is no 'create one
if it doesn't exist'.  You're right.  I'm fully patched and haven't
seen any such update.
