Missing source file in download from sourceforge

Hello,

It seems that monstr.c is missing from F1 and F3 source tar.gz
downloads. At least, I cannot find it in the src directory.

The monstr.c file is generated by the util/makedefs.c program. During
the build process, the makefiles will run makedefs to create it.
