Mizar TWiki status?

Is the Mizar TWiki still active? When you attempt to register it just gives:
"The requested URL /cgi-bin/twiki/register/Main/WebHome was not found on this server."

Hi Greg,

I have now enabled the TWiki registration, you can proceed. It is disabled by default in order to prevent vandalism. If anyone need an account, please send me an e-mail, and I will temporarily enable the registration like now.
