MockHierarchyManager - with XML-SV?

Hi all,
during testing it would be nice to have a mechanism to import XML-SV
files (the one you export from Magnolia trees with right click) into a
fake MockHierarchyManager.

Is it already possible?
If yes, how?
If not, is it tricky to build it?  Using of course delta package...
