Both festival and postgresql servers are running yet the last attempt to
run gpsdrive yielded:

In addition, the -M car causes the right click to jump on the map, about
8mm on my ASUS 900A, and the -G 900x300 produces functional nightmares.
As I am unfamiliar with the authors' practices, I am loath to call any
modifications I may make corrections.
This is an interesting project but pre7 is further from utility than
pre4 IMHO.
