Modify message subject

I love the MailRedirect add-on.

Does anyone know how to modify the utility to change the message(s)
subject line to include the original message date from the headers?

(i.e: Original subject: "This is the message from sales" with date: 2008-12-28.
Subject would become: "[2008-12-28] This is the message from sales" in
the redirected message.)
