Mojarra 2.0.0 final release date changeHey Folks,
Just a quick update on our release plans. The planned release date was Sept. 14, however, given the recent influx of issues, we'll be doing a release a second 'Release Candidate' bundle instead. The FCS date is now targeted for Sept. 28. Thanks, -rl --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscribe@... Is this version also going to be supported on Glassfish 2.1? Manfred > -----Original Message----- > From: Ryan.Lubke@... Re: Mojarra 2.0.0 final release date changeI think that would be a bit harder, as Mojarra 1.2 is in the server's
classpath. You might be able to follow the instructions for running MyFaces under GlassFish to let you do that, then deploy the Mojarra jars with your application. Re: Mojarra 2.0.0 final release date changeSince 2.0 is supposed to be fully backward compatible with 1.2, could
you go over what the bugs are that would require you to run 1.2? I'd like to fix them. RE: Mojarra 2.0.0 final release date changeHi Jim,
My company requires me to run FCS releases. I can't use beta releases. So in order for me to work with Glassfish I would have to have both installed on my development machine available until 2.0 goes FCS. Once that happens I am more than willing to log any bug that I will encounter using 2.0. Since FCS is closing in rapidly I will be able to run 2.0 FCS without looking back to 1.2. Thanks again for the update! Manfred > -----Original Message----- > From: Jim.Driscoll@...
