Mono Embedded Developer Needed

We're a UK based manufacturer of router/networking equipment and are looking to recruit (initially on an ad-hoc basis) an experienced mono deveoper who possesses the following skills:

cross compiling mono on ARM
mkbundle/linker
performance tuning c#/mono apps
knowledge of embedded platforms
