More GSOC ideas

I'm looking into proposing three more projects just in case my
original proposal is declined:
* comment support for Words
* advanced tiling for Kwin, features similar to what you find in
Xmonad, Awesome, etc.
* mobile version of kde.org

I'm not sure who to speak to concerning Kwin and kde.org, I'm CCing
the mailing lists for these projects in hopes of finding someone who
might be interested in mentoring.
