More release confusion

I have Astralasia's "Whatever Happened to Utopia"

My version is a "limited edition with free CD single", so the first disc is identical to that release, the second is, natch, a CD single, in fact it's this one:

I don't know how this should be handled.

Normally the release event from your "free" CD should just be added to
that existing single; assuming the cat#/barcode  is different and the
regular retail single was available separately. You also might want to
note in the annotation that it was available free with that release. If
the single was not available separately, it should probably be titled
per Bonus Disc Style and added to the Release Group of the main album.
