Morpholino oligos injection

Hello, I'd like to know if someone did found any differences in the
phenotype and/or mortality rates obtained while injecting MOs either
in the yolk or the 1-cell embryo itself?.
I'm new to the group and I guess this may have been discussed
before...Thanks in advance for your answers,
