Mouse events on multiple layers

Hi to all openmap users,
i got a problem while intercepting mouse events on multiple layers. The events interceptes are related only to the last added layer. Every layer implements MapMouseListener, and the MapBean maphandler has a Mouse Delegator. I also read some threads about this problem but it does not help me to solve this problem.
I'm triyng to work on mouse delegator to find a solution but i need a piece of advice.
