John,
Hold down the Control & ALT keys, then press the right and then left mouse
button, while the cursor is over the window you want to drag.
When all the buttons are pressed you should be able to move that window.

Subject: Move a window that is off screen in windows
Hi all,
How do you move a window whose sitting with it's top half off screen
in windows? I know in the Mac I can use Control-Command to move the
window down with the mouse. How do I do it on a PC?
One of my clients is stuck, so if someone has an answer please email
me directly as I receive the digest.
Thanks
John
