Moveable Type/WordPress Export Patch

Hi all,

I just deployed a Moveable Type/WordPress export feature on  
blogs.sun.com. It also provides an ZIP archive download of a user's  
uploaded resources files. It was a pretty quick turnaround RFE so I  
simply implemented it as an Action. I have a couple patches ready,  
built against our snapshot of the 4.0.0 source and am happy to pass  
them back if there is interest.
