Moved Kigo to kdereview

I just moved Kigo, the Go game for KDE4 to kdereview. The plan is if nothing
speaks against it to move it to kdegames afterwards.

The provided docs are minimal at the moment. Altough I already wrote something
down, I'm still a bit troubled by docbook. So help is appreciated :-)
