I have a CD with the track listing and other information in English, but it's a Japanese import, and there is Japanese text on the back cover as well, and the booklet is in Japanese and English (I presume one is a translation of the other).  I can select multiple languages for it, but what about script?

You generally shouldn't use multiple languages in cases like this.
Just use Japanese/Japanese for language/script. A link to the
release/edit in question would make it easier to see the exact
circumstances.

Indeed, I forgot the URL.  It's a Cannonball Adderley album.  The Japanese text on the back occupies a panel of about a thumb's width, the rest, track listing, producers and stuff, is in English.  The booklet has the track listing and technical CD information in Japanese, and the sleeve notes apparently in both languages, I can't understand the Japanese <g>.

If the track listing is in English then you should simply use English/Latin.

OK, that's how it is now, so no change needed.
