My DotNet nightmare!

As a Pack Committee Chair I championed using Packmaster and we adopted it with some success.  Now my oldest son has been in this Troop for 5 years and I finally sold the idea of TroopMaster but the purchasing and setup was left in the hands of the "Soccer Mom" Treasurer, who instead purchased TroopLedger without DotNet.  When this was brought to our attention at the next committee meeting she then purchased TroopMaster without Dotnet and for some reason the license has our unit number as "9999" which is bogus.  So I purchased Dotnet seperately, in frustration, and I was emailed the license info with the correct Unit number, (they looked up our license when I called).  I tried to initialize the software and it choke on Unit numbers not matching.  So I called Troopmaster and they sent a new license number with the real unit number for troopmaster and I still can't get it to work.

In the "Help" tab the unit numbers read correct for both TroopMaster and DotNet along with license Keys and dates, but when trying to initialize the database I receive an error "DotNet TroopMaster Mismatch" and when I click OK sends me to a software license information page.  Which does nothing?  Help.
