N-acetyl cysteine treatment

Hi Everyone,



I am trying to establish the protocol for the treatment of mice with
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) dissolved in drinking water.

Does someone knows  how often the NAC water has to be replaced with the
fresh one (i.e  how stable is  NAC aqueous solution) and whether the
acidic pH of the solution should be adjusted?
