Hello,

The good news: I can confirm this player plays my own DVD-A's without gaps.
I need to test some more of course, but the first tests were OK: Lee's test-DVD, some of my own recordings, etc.

So now I have an officially non-gapless player (T-524) and the gapless brother T-535.

BTW: What do we need sox for in dvda-author? For what function(s)?

SoX is used to extend file input to other audio formats, like .aiff or .au (all SoX-supported formats, a bit fewer with in-tree source code). Add command-line -S.

FLAC and Ogg FLAC are, however, processed by FLAC API functions, not SoX.
