Thanks for replies. So here's what I found and solution. I added the relevant web services check boxes from platforms enterprise5 cluster. Also made the libraries my "friend". I  selected the implementation version then realized there are no "Public Packages" listed. So I just created Metro wrapped library. Works fine. Glad to see it was a valid solution.  Hope this helps others. Thanks again.
