NMaven CI

Hi,

For some short term sanity checking, I added NMaven trunk to vmbuild.  
There is one IT failure I need to fix up due to case sensitivity on  
Linux. I moved the repository to http://vmbuild.apache.org/archiva/repository/dotnet/

Thoughts?
