NOMA GALLERY presents Spring Silent Art Auction and Benefit on Saturday, April 25 2009 from 3 pm to 7 pm.

The following San Francisco and New York based artists have donated over 40 major works for this special event:

Nikoloai Atanassov
Irena Kononova
Mark Millene
Hawk Alfredson
Grigor Malinov
Michail Petkov
Georgi Tushev

You could find more information about these artists and their work at http://www.nomagallerysf.com/artists/index.html

We are very excited that this event will also feature musical performance by the San Francisco based intermedia artist Stefanie Ku. ( http://dioskouroi.org )

We would like to dedicate this auction to our dear friend and fellow Nasko Bojilov, his wife Nelly and their (almost) two year old son, Victor.  Nasko is recovering from a spinal cord injury that has left him in a wheelchair.  While we all hope that he will one day walk again, for now he is building his strength and re-learning basic hand functions that many of us take for granted.  He is in high spirits but we don’t know how long it will take for him to recuperate.  To help ease the financial burden of his accident, 20% of all purchases at the auction will go to Nasko and his family.

The gallery will be open for viewing on Friday April 24th from 12 to 6 pm and on Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm. All bidding will end at 6 pm on Saturday and the top bidders will be notified at the evening of the event.

We welcome everyone to come to this event. The event is free and open to the public.

We truly appreciate your continues support and hope to see you soon!
