in the absence of a talk-ny list, i'm going to prefix NY State local
things with NY: for now.
if we get obnoxious enough, we can get pushed to our own list, right?

The interchange between I-87 (the Thruway) and I-84 in Newburgh is being
extensively
redone, with new ramps in new locations and significant changes in
traffic pattern. someone
who lives down there or passes that way frequently might want to look
into it and update
the map there.

Hallelujah.  Will we be able to transit from one to the other via ramp
without hitting a local revenue enhancement light and shopping Mall
entrance?

This would be worth marking on OpenStreetBugs too if someone else hadn't already

There was a recent discussion on this. The US community isn't ready
for more local lists yet as there aren't enough of you.

yes i know. i was alluding to the prospect of building volume to show
need, and offering
a ST: prefix as a way of denoting state specific information in the email.
