Nasty leak on Client is killed for now

For those of you who were having issues connecting "lots" of clients > 700, you may now find connections work much better now (on trunk r3941 NOT RC2). I fixed this bug http://trac.red5.org/ticket/631 which actually lead me to the real problem which was JMX handling in the Client class. JMX is disabled in the Client class for now until I can track it down further.
